Looks like a standard sort of random mad-libs fill-in-the-blanks generator.

I’ve found that these aren’t much use to me as-is, but they can be useful as a source of prompts for ChatGPT to elaborate on. The random mad-libs are kind of incoherent but the AI can smooth that out into a more useful starting point.
