My understanding is that on mastodon you can see the Lemmy communities sort of like you can see any other profile. Then every post on that is put out like a toot is. Guessing from the @ in the title of this post that if someone @'s the community on mastodon is shows up as a post on this? This could be completely wrong though

I really like Kbin’s microblog feature. Basically able to “tweet” in a community without making a whole post

Honestly I feel like there doesn’t need to be as many people as reddit has. No one is going to read through 10000 comments so what’s the difference if there’s only a few hundred
