Rescued companions or pets?
If they keep animals confined without a clear purpose for the benefit of that animal then I don’t care. “Oh we keep some childern locked up to fund our kindergarden with the revenue we get from people being able to see them” kinda logic.
The reason a lot of zoos have conservation programs is because they need to replace the captive animals I’d wager…
i’ll spray you good, slaver
For sure. That’s a small minority of the animals that have to live in captivity for our “entertainment” though.
if it’s so beloved why are they keeping it locked up?

It definitely isn’t 😔
people really still fall for this 🥲
Really sucks that the us right wing has no opposition to speak of
🤨🤨🤨 you love stripped out screws or???
ah that makes sense
But what’s the connection to fortune telling?
Yes… babies… known for drawing intelligible and not at all weird stuff lol
also the weird part is how the meaning of the symbol seems to be really obscure but also common enough to make it into unicode not the symbol itself. Hence my question about the meaning and not how to draw it…
out of curiosity what is the point of your comment? Like did you expect me to just say “oh yeah I guess it is very easy to draw and not weird at all, question answered thanks”?

11·1 month agoYou can read more about it in “socialism: utopian and scientific” by engels an eye-opening book to me. Really what made me fall in love with marxism. There’s also a really cool section about the “mark” at the end which isn’t that relevant to know really but I found it very interesting nonetheless. It’s a short book but well worth the read.
As for “work” I guess you can go with the physical definition of it, however since we are talking about society i went with a more common understanding of work as in energy spent to produce value. Making that concrete however gets us of course into the weeds of what value is, differences between use-value and exchange-value. So I just tried to sneak it past you 😅

122·1 month agoNot even that, I googled it it’s the “Ethics and Compliance” department. It’s just a legal fig leaf. There isn’t even the pretense. Or it’s just a honeypot to fire everyone who has moral qualms.

I agree with him on the US though lol. Well it depends on what era bin Laden we are talking about since he was a CIA asset during the 80s and I think early nineties? Not sure on the latter part.
