Finally got around to getting my art wall reorganized with some of my newer pantings, it now displays 15 out of the 30 total paintings I’ve done since i started painting last month. 6 of these are Master Copies, 3 are from tutorials, and 6 are from pictures I took or found online.

    The forest scene at top right is my favorite. It has great use of light & shadow and color. Really looks like sun is hitting those rocks at the front and the forest expands further into the distance.

      Thanks!! That was the first one I did from a photograph I actually took. I really want to do a second version of it using all the techniques I’ve learned over the past month, so glad to hear one of my early ones is someone’s favorite!!!
