It would be very easy to make… But not as easy as describing what you need to AI and clicking a button.
I consistently ask LLMs things that I could Google; it’s just massively convenient.

11·4 months agoYou don’t seem to understand that both of those things are essentially the same.
No, they’re not… one is law about how you make your product, the other is law about not harming your competitors. While they may share a name, “regulation”, it’s night and day difference. You seem to be looking at a chocolate cake and a cinnamon roll and then are saying “They’re both deserts, they’re essentially the same thing”.
Do you not see the very obvious mechanism that regulations have in making sure competition is sustainable by keeping market costs fair and safe above exploitative practices?
It sounds like you’re trying to describe price floors or something, but doing it in a confusing way that attempts to lead to some kind of gotcha? But I’ve already said I’m okay with regulation against anti-competitive practices, so I don’t really know where you’re going.

1·4 months agoAre you seriously comparing low income housing to white trash bigots?
No Mr. strawman, I’m comparing trailer parks to low income housing … And don’t get me wrong, there’s a lot of great people who grew up in trailer parks and there’s a lot of great people who grew up in low income inner city areas; but it goes both ways. There isn’t a problem that one political party has that the other party doesn’t have an analagous problem. And that’s not whataboutism, it’s a consistency check.
They simply described that, as a child, they were aware something was deeply wrong.
Yes. And that’s fine. What I took issue with was the implication that the thing that was “deeply wrong” was due to the fact that the family was conservative and not some other deeply rooted issue. For all we know the family being republicans contributed the OPs issues as much as John Wayne Gacy being a democrat contributed to him being a serial killer.
This post was created to piggypack on this platforms popular idea that “conservative bad”, and all I’m doing is calling it out.

13·4 months agoYa think librals don’t have a carbon copy version of what you’re discussing? Replace a trailor park with a low income housing project and boom, you’re the pot calling the kettle black.
This isn’t a statement made by a sad person, this is just a fact.
Why are you so willing to take the word of OP as a fact? You don’t believe a single word is even slightly misleading, or chosen specifically to bend the truth and garnish support? OP described his entire life in 15 seconds in one paragraph and you’re like “Yea that true”.

Here’s to hoping that no conservatives post their anecdotal experience that’s exactly opposite of what y’all are reporting because then, who knows what you’ll believe, rite?

13·4 months agoIn a free market competition drives the creation of better and more profitable products.
Yeah… And then through competition they’re all driven down to a price that’s near production
It’s only without regulations can the formation of monopolies and oligopolies even happen
You don’t seem to understand the difference between laws that prevent the creation of anti-competitive practice and regulation that increases the cost of product and decreases competitiveness.
The first is good. The other two are what’s resulting in your “late stage capitalism”.

15·4 months agoThe entire concept of capitalism rests on selling something for more than it’s worth
To an extent yes, but mostly no.
In a free market prices are naturally driven down to the cost of production, to where you’re barely able to keep the doors open. The only way capitalism reaches the state that you’re describing is with government regulation and overreach.

Something with a digital pin for entry, you can access that practically as quickly as out of a drawer.
But… I think talking to your children is more important, what they’re afraid of is actaully less realistic that someone randomly kicking your door in at night; and for most of the country ICE is a non-issue.
Same, ain’t no idea in this world beyond humor.

Oh, vigilantism against targets that weren’t even “verified” until recently.
However wrong I think your idea is; shooting up anything other than kids would be great.
