The only ones that seem to last for me have been Logitech, and even then its not even close to the 10 years. Maybe around 3 years, a couple more replacing the switches

This is my go to approach to sell games:
As a rule of thumb I usually discount 30% from their retail price. Depending on the status of the game it may be cheaper or more expensive.
Also be open to trades, sometimes you can get a game that you wanted to try or that’s easier to sell.
If you want to sell them ASAP bundle everything together and offer them at a big discount.
I agree, I think that gloomhaven managed to have that variety due to standees instead of minis, as long as they keep the minis as a deluxe upgrade I think it’s fine and more games should do it.
