- Camera cuts
It sucks for me because once they start with the unnecessary cuts it pulls me right out and I’ll probably stop watching.

It’s a great movie and somehow that awful cockney impersonation doesn’t ruin it :D

HIP: High Intellectual Potential
Not a movie but I started watching High Potential last year but even though it was fun at first I’ve gone off a lot of American TV so switched to the original French version.

The Truman Show

Good Luck Have Fun Don’t Die
Its a bit of a trip and kind of a strange parody on current society. It holds up well the entire way through even with some of the wild shit going on. Overall it was great fun.
Lethal Weapon
Also one of my wife’s favourites so guaranted to have company :)

Porco Rosso is my favourite so I recommend that next if you havent seen it :)

Heat (1995)
It was just one of those movies that for some reason I’d never watched until about 6 months ago. I heard it was great and ,as it turns out, it certainly is.

The Way Way Back
I saw it recommended last week and decided to watch based on Sam Rockwell and it didn’t disappoint. Also about half hour in I had my kids watching with me too which was nice.

I didn’t realise until after the fact that Kneecap played themselves, and it was their acting debut too which make it even sweeter.

I remember Top Gun: Maverick being everywhere and that turned out to be very good.

I watched it today with my kids and it was great :)

Thanks. Haven’t seen this before so will watch it tonight.

Avatar Fire and Ash
Quite boring and I ended up leaving it on while I did other stuff. Felt like I was watching The Way of Water again…

Lucy
She reaches 100% and kind of transcends but it’s a bullshit nothing ending… Good movie otherwise.

That’s good to hear so I’ll make it my next watch.

What are your thoughts on it?

from September '27 to August '27… big whoop…
To be fair I really enjoyed the first movie, but I still won’t care unless it’s a couple months until release.
The Booksellers (2019)
It’s a documentary about rare book dealers. It was a fun watch and even though some of the people do ramble on it portrays it in a passionate way and is kinda heartwarming.
