We’re a little worried about what happens when the astral calender hits the new millenium but no ones figured out how to insert another date rune without causing the whole magic circle to start smoking alarmingly.

Shadowruns actual rules aren’t so bad, character creation is crunchy but you could fit all the non matrix/spirits combat stuff onto maybe 2 sides of a single A4 sheet. The real problem is the editing, that information is spread across the entire rulebook so badly that sometimes it even feels like the information was cut off mid paragraph.
A surprising amount of americans enemies (most of them) are the direct heirs to american (and/or british) installed regimes.
For some reason this looks like a person but only when shrunk down to thumbnail size.
My personal issue with github is more the placement of the actual download links, sometimes its harder to find than the real download button on a dodgy pirate site without ad-block.
Especially given humans have real standout traits like being endurance hunters, somewhat rapid scarring and a high resistance to shock (advantage on constitution checks?)
There’s some stuff about devils and how souls are recruited for the whole endless demon war thing that implies that everyone gets re-incarnated but its usually random, while elves and devils are always re-incarnated as the same race except in special circumstances.
But reincarnation is canon in D&D so that would require hunting down that soul and repeatedly executing them for all eternity.
Honestly I think some of this stuff is a way to filter out people with critical thinking skills the same way scam emails are often deliberately spelled wrong to filter out people who wouldn’t have fallen for the scam to begin with.
Reminds me of the ROM regions and the endless suffering that is being in the PAL region.
