You can search by site using the “site” operator, for example:
“whatever you want site:lemmy.world”
All the results will be from/via the lemmy.world instance.

You are not logged in. If you use a Fediverse account that is able to follow users, you can follow this user.
The site works well enough on mobile, so it is usable without an app.
That said, I prefer to use a native app, or a well-designed webapp like wefwef.
