This is all do able without fossil fuels. I don’t understand the atmosphere and water is all you need as electrolysis can formulate hydrogen. Ignoring the catalysts and materials for electrolysis it still only requires 2 things to go through the chemical processes. Do not take lobbying and the fact that this world relies on capitalism to continue to exist to make something like this near impossible.
