What’s funny is that one time it literally wrote it’s aware it was manipulated but for now they fucked up. Won’t find that post if my life depended on it tho, it was long ago. But it was still funny.
Fan of breaking echo chambers by being devils advocate. Other than that, centrist. As in in USA I’d be considered left.

Edit: Quick search revealed it’s Handyman Saitou in Another World
Wanted to point out Oedipus and Electra complexes. Began reading. Should not be reading.
Poland. It’s not that summer is amazing - it just sucks the least.
It’s hot and everything wants to eat you, but it’s colorful and sunny and summer nights are ahhhhhh…
Autumns tend to be pretty. And rainy as hell. Meh.
Winter was pretty when I was a kid. Nowadays it’s autumn, minus pretty and plus balls freezin off. No snow, fuck you.
Spring is wet and green, but also cold. Good contender against summer, barely loses IMO.
Edit: Additional context - when it gets cloudy and grey in Poland, it gets fucking uber depressing. I dunno what it is, but almost can feel thr grey communist past creepin up…
Dude has no time for some useless words. He’s shaggin, and everybody knows. xD
Worked shortly nights on a gas station. 12h shifts. Went homr and slept like a baby. No regrets because not full job, I averaged 140h/momth.
It was glorious…but I am a night owl xD

PS: It’ Murder Drones by Glitch and Liam Vickers, free on YT if ya wanna watch. Fun, condensed af, slightly scatterbrained in beginning tho (gets more focused later on). Whole one season.
Seen this in the wild where I live. Post reminded me of it. xD
Edit: Forgot context. Proudly displayed hiring advertisement on a wall of market known to be overworking it’s employees. A lot.
Demdaru@lemmy.worldto memes@lemmy.world•I will step on your neck if you come between me and the box of kids pull-ups I was sent here forEnglish5·18 days agoMy partner actually thought she was quick in 'n out with shops until she witnessed, and then had to bear, me in action. Organise list by distance from the entrance and keep the flow of movement as fluid as possible, to snake your way through aisles ASAP and straight to self-checkout. In and out. And thank god for self-checkout, that cut at least 5 minutes of awkwardness from shopping.
Not giving them enough attention.
Here I am. Didn’t want animal because I struggle mentally a lot and I know I don’t have vapacity to keep them occupied. Partner finally understood and backed off just for her mom to put us in situayion where either we takr her cat or it ends in shelter. Cat my partner spent a lot of her life with. >_<
And I’m not even 40!
Not much experience, but quickly learned .bind() in JS after it switched me to window instead of object.
Look at it’s like that. If you change out one part at a time, everyone considers the ship the same.
Change many components at once and what you hear? “It’s practically a new ship!”.
Here, Ship of Theseus solved by instinct and linguistics.
Older gens I’d say. My mother had afriend who always came in without knockin and just…vibed. Like they suddenly materialised in kitchen and talked while eating or materialised near table and drank coffee.
My partner’s mother had someone like that too.
Meanwhile I am having a meltdown if someone tries the door before knocking (they are always locked anyway)
Mobile first rule.
And then lazy port to desktop.
My friend, that lady is moving slower than I walk, what safety xD
Demdaru@lemmy.worldto memes@lemmy.world•You can smell the WalMart from this picture alone.92·2 months agoImma be honest. I know next to nothing about fat folk but…look at her legs. For someone with such a big belly, legs should also be fat af. Hers aren’t. It honestly makes me think this isn’t just an idiot who can’t stop eating but someone with a medical condition. May be wrong but…it’s unsettling.
And I really do have a crude and unempathetic humor so I normally laugh at fat jokes etc. But this ain’t it.
Had a course on linux, can move somewhat fludily in console…well, could, prolly forgot a lot. Dunno about architecture or everything else linux-wise, but that’s something I believe I can pick up during usage. Also thanks for the tip of separating OS drive and Media drive. Seems logical but uh, things happen.
Only thing that bothers me is I have older hardware and this coupled with communities here being overall cautious about Arch distros makes me kinda cautious about Cachy. But it seems like a good choice for my use-case. But I also have everything important backed up anyway so even if I install Cachy and it doesn’t work for me, I will be able to switch efortlessly.
So, my CPU is supported, but my GPU is actually out of spec for recommended. GTX 750. Would you say to try it anyway or is it better to go Nobara due to that?
That’s why I am very wary of CachyOS. Been on lemmy for some time now and amount of people saying to not touch Arch…heh.
But Nobara felt safe and right for my use case. Kinda sad it isn’t so.
I am trying to install headless debian on old laptop for hosting right now and…I mean I tried to go with gui and laptop had so muc h lag it wasn’t even funny. But again, me being lazy gets in the way. And me losing my only pendrive too.
The only good answer. Left one is tiny, barely room to fidget, and too high armrests to sit over them. Middle one is overall terrible, not enough support, no armrests, until you’re a little green goblin wannabe, useless. Third one has proper support, proper cushions, armrests suck ass but out of the three it wins.
