  • hmm, hard to tell for sure, but i don’t think so:

    • 5 toilets, 5 doors, 5 handles, 5 locks, 5 pairs of hinges
    • each door is consistently flanked by a pair of brackets

details like that are often fucked up by generative models. there is a bit of weirdness especially around the floor pattern but the image is very jpeg compressed and has some visible artifacting

  • okay, that’s good! i’m not dismissing you at all, it isn’t anything to do with you personally, it’s just that your writing was too confusing for me to deal with. i could exert a bunch of energy to try and figure out what you’re talking about between your typing quirks, biblical references and analogies to things i don’t even know what they are, I could ask you about them, and if I knew you better i probably would, but i don’t know you, i give you the same amount of energy and attention i’d give any random internet commenter. in fact i have given you disproportionately way more of my time and energy than i have pretty much anyone else in the last month

i’m weird too, and i love weird people, but i dont know if you’re a nazi or if you’re a good guy or whatever, you’re acting like i owe you the time of day and i do not. i just clocked that you write the way i think when i’m stressed and i wanted to encourage you to take your meds because i know that helps. there’s nothing deeper there.

    much love & solidarity forever.

  • look, i’m a big fan of foucault, so i’m not trying to label you, or diminish you in any way, i’m just saying that what you’re writing is so all over the place that whatever your point is, it’s unclear and confusing. it seems like the writings of someone with psychosis in my experience, as someone who has experienced psychosis.

i’m not interested in a debate about the nature of good and evil, all i’m saying is, for me, evil is when you do stuff that hurts people for selfish reasons, and evil people are extremely successful in our world, and i believe that is self-evident.

if you disagree, that’s your prerogative, but i’m not going to get into it with you

  • thing is, it is kinda special, you’ve accumulated a lot more life experience than i have, and i’m sure there are lots aspects to life that are different when you’re 40, and i’m genuinely interested to hear the perspectives of people who are there and to try and learn from it, but this post in particular is a little silly imo!

I love that your own examples came with a bunch of exceptions. The puberty one has exceptions too - puberty blockers, early/late onset puberty, and so on.

This is just a collection of high probability things. Same is true for people in their 40s, like most in their 40s probably don’t live with their parents, just as a random example.

You’ve just forgotten, or never realized, the disparity of life experiences of being a kid, and y’all like to imagine that being in your 40s is somehow unique or special as a way of coping with getting older
