I like both quite a bit, and even got into the hobby culture for each.

Tea is simpler in preparation, but way more complex in terms of varieties. There is a huge difference between a chinese black tea and an assam black tea, even though its the same core ingredient, prepared in a similar fashion.

Coffee on the other hand has fewer varieties, but way more variables in preparation that can drastically change the flavor of your cup. The size of your grind, the brew temperature and the extraction time all have pretty major effects on thr end product.

I started Ori specifically because I didnt want to endlessly throw myself at Soul Master and the Watcher Knights again.

I’m about 60% through Ori and the Blind forest. Its curently scratching an itch I have for metroidvania games.

However, I learned that instead of patching the original game or releasing a DLC, they just made a re-release and im not buying the game a second time just for a new area and some improved QoL with fast travel.

Megadungeons can be great, but they’re way harder to run because you’re working with a very limited palette as a DM.

It’s very easy to get a bunch of content for minimal effort by relying on traps and combat encounters, but these get boring for your players pretty quickly.

As long as you can offer enough variety with your encounters, along with rewarding your players for remembering details from past trips in the dungeon they can be a blast.

I use it to host a weekly remote movie night for some friends and I and it’s basically the perfect piece of drop-in software for that purpose.

It’s simple enough that non-technical people just need to click a button to connect and its protocol is low latency enough that we can all see and react to the same scene with no delay.
