That Basil Poledouris soundtrack is amazing, too. I love that they still sample it for games.

Skyrim’s default UI sucks, and mods make it better. I’m hoping the same for Starfield.
D-brand could make a LTT screwdriver wrap so that people can cover the logo, instead of dremelling it off.
I’ve found that used to be more true than it is lately. I think they’re making an effort now.
Sometimes it’s as simple as something like “firefox doesn’t support import maps”, but now they do (in 108+) but nobody has the time or inclination to go back and validate that the site now works in firefox.
What’s extra stupid about these, is most of the time just using a user agent switcher to make the site think you’re on chrome or opera makes it work just fine.
I like holding my wife and daughter too much for this to be truly tempting.
I still use the IR blaster on my s5 when I go out. I never have to get stuck with fox news playing when I have it with me. It’s from 2014 and still kicking.
It also works on a lot on window mounted air conditioners, weirdly.
And to stop it from guessing what it thinks you really meant, change it to “Verbatim” search mode under the Tools button, bottom right below the search bar.
Siralim Ultimate on the deck while my daughter is awake, Fortresscraft Evolved on the pc when she’s asleep.
Does using a spare tire to get to the tire store also seem short sighted to you?
Meta joins, and makes it super easy to onramp from instabook
Meta slowly starts not following the protocol, forcing the protocol to adapt since they have 90%+ of the users
Eventually, Meta decides to abandon the protocol, and from the perspective of their users, we just went offline
Same playbook Google used (XMPP).
I really wish kbin had user tagging just so I could tag you as a “leopards eating faces” party member.
Siralim Ultimate, and it’s perfect on the Deck. Siralim makes it easy to play 1 handed, which is great during bottle feeding time and naptime on the lap pillow.
This is way too confusing for an average reddit user. Too much undefined jargon like ‘fediverse’. And jargon based on other jargon, like an average user is going to know what ‘federated’ means, to be able to suss out any words based on it.
And finding communities with ‘!something@community’ is not going to work for that average user longterm. If every search requires an exclamation point, just add it on the backend. And if it requires two pieces of data separated by an @ symbol, just have 2 inputs.
I’ve been meaning to play P5, and didn’t realize it would be good on the deck. I’m not sure if I need to play 1-4 first so I might just give it a go and set it aside to do the rest if I get lost.
I would make video games. I’d even do some adult ones, since I’ve noticed the existing ones aren’t super great.
