Looks like this is the relevant study from that video. It found people eat more calories of highly processed food when given the option, which makes sense. Weight gain was highly correlated with calorie intake though, so if you eat the same amount of calories of highly processed and unprocessed food, it should have the same weight gain.

The Hobbit wasn’t originally set in middle earth. He started working on the Silmarillion in 1914 at 22, but didn’t start Lord of the Rings till much later. I don’t know if he began to set the Hobbit in middle earth before or after starting on Lord of the Rings.

These look like Gen 2 clone troopers right? The eyes are still connected, whereas stormtroopers have individual eyes. But they’re not Gen 1 since they don’t have the long crest on their helmets. Also, it looks like they’re in imperial style architecture, so that’s confusing.
