So what makes the ending in the church alternate reality? And if so why wasn’t the ending of the show in the “main” reality? Granted I pirated this show as it came out and watched with my wife so I don’t remember a lot.

I’m one of those people who thinks the ending is simply wow, they were dead the whole time. Which is what I had been saying since like episode two or three of the first season. And having it in a church just ain’t cool after what they’ve seen in their (after)lives.

A month ago medium avocados were $0.59 at my local Kroger. Less than two weeks ago they’d gone up to $2.59. I understand where you’re coming from, but the legitimate grievances of conservatives are not covered by the far right media. They’re alchemically transmogrified into immigrant hate, queer hate, poor hate.

Their legitimate grievances are largely the same as everyone. Wages haven’t kept up with the cost of living is the most basic. But instead of looking at the top of the hierarchy for answers, these media sources redirect that grievance at the bottom of the hierarchy. And conservatives are obsessed with hierarchy.

It is good to study enemy propaganda, but it’s hard to stomach. I wish more people could understand in the way you have.

I agree, but this is a fun thought exercise, not a scientific questionnaire. If you are convinced that your soul is you or your brain is you then you’ll answer differently. I picked soul death freeze, which was the only answer I deviated from the norm.

We have to make decisions based on incomplete, flawed, or outright misinformation regularly. But yeah I just enjoyed it as a bit of fun.

Sucks you’re affected badly by this. I think those of us that grew up before texting and IM don’t have this problem so badly. It doesn’t bother me and I’ve got serious anxiety issues. I can talk on the phone with bosses, whatever, but sending me a text that says “We need to talk” with no follow-up is such a dick move.
