If I were to prepare for the internet to be out, I would most likely do the following:

I would go with a mix of 720 for most movies/shows and my favorites at 1080. I would also go for a collection of my favorite music.

Then as an extra download Wikipedia and some Ted talks, and a bunch of YouTube videos to watch offline. I guess some e-books and or PDF. Maybe download some memes and stuff to laugh at.

I never connected my TV to the internet, I use a computer, an Apple TV or other box like that, etc always using external hdmi devices.

I see throughout history things have their ups and downs. I look forward to the next up.

One time in the mid 2000s my friend and I were on a hike in the mountains and we found a tree that was like a cave, all branches everywhere except a little entrance. Inside we found porn magazines with the pictures ripped out and placed on branches all over the inside of the “cave”. After that we always joked about the porn cave we found.

Can you afford your bills and are you happy? That’s what my view is, if you’re happy and can take care of yourself and others then you are doing amazing.

Lots of the frozen margaritas are made with cheap wine, not tequila.

You can easily make your own margaritas using tequila and a flavor mix. You can choose to add 1 shot or several.

I have a Blackmagic 6K camera that records RAW, and a ninja monitor that also records RAW. My 2TB SSD doesn’t hold much footage.

I have been shopping for one for a while, but overwhelmed by how many brands and stuff there are. Is Toto the best choice? Or would an off brand be better value? There’s just so many options. (I do want all the bells and whistles, warm water and warm air, etc)

We will know the best place after whatever event happens. It’s always hard to predict these things with so many variables.

Back in high school I had 4 girlfriends (at the same time). It didn’t mean anything, we never even kissed lol just hang out and go places. Eventually I realized it was just too much and started to see what I like and disliked about them. It didn’t last long. Then in college I just dated one girl at a time. Then I met this one girl that the teacher put us in a group project, we kept texting and kept in contact with, went on a few dates here and there… and eventually became my wife.

First step is to gather sticks under the bushes.

Start a fire using paper, newspaper, cardboard, then add sticks and make a larger fire.

Heat up water until boiling.

Add tea bags to thermos and pour the water inside. Now we have 2 days worth of hot tea.

I think the one I have is called the GPD win max 2011. There was a choice between the AMD and Intel processors. I think I went with intel to have thunderbolt (I have an E-GPU enclosure if I ever need more power) but it does everything I throw at it.

Very happy with it. I can play AAA games, it’s portable, touch screen is nice, has a touch pad too. Charges with USB-C which is super handy for me.

My wife has a circuit machine that’s super tiny, she can put a pen and use it as a plotter.

I have a GPD laptop with a tiny screen, it’s good enough to run most games. I changed the no name NVMe to a Samsung and it’s way more reliable and faster. Also runs Linux now. Built in game controller works well for most games (shows up as Xbox controller or a mouse using a switch).

But the company would also erase lots of other stuff from your mind they don’t agree with. Yikes.
