You’re a piss poor anarchist if you want the the orange fascist to win

I don’t have a good primary source, its been a lot of disparate googling. But if you have any questions at all, let me know. I love helping
Same. I went from one overly complicated Debian install to two dozen neat and self contained VMs that do one thing each. I even tricked a Windows VM into not knowing that it’s a VM, so I can game with anticheat games.
Java was my first language over ten years ago. I haven’t touched it in a decade (I’m mostly a hobbyist). I am grateful that I had to type all that shit out, and grateful that I don’t have to anymore (I’ve been using python since then).
I just recently helped a younger friend with their Java homework. I had to Google the syntax, but otherwise helped them ace it. I’ve mostly used Python since then, but learning java gave me such a good base of the fundamentals
Hell yeah dude, same! I just re-downloaded that a month ago!
Until they are nuked as they should be
I’m with you there. A couple winters ago I was a delivery person, I dropped a package on someone’s porch and I heard a little meow. Couple seconds later this little furball was climbing up my pant leg.
I knocked on the door to talk to the homeowner who said his mother had been hit by a car, and she had a cantankerous dog so she couldn’t take care of him. So I took him
I feel extremely responsible for my cat. He’s not like an “accessory” he’s something I made a commitment to saving and is dependent on me
Ayy Debian has been my main for like ten years. Dtrx is one of the ten things I apt immediately every time I have a re install
That’d probably be fine. I mean I haven’t tested it a lot, but I think the secret sauce is just that it’s all bass from the subwoofer. Let me know how it goes
Also no I didn’t solve that problem, I’m using an app called blackplayer, every ten hours it fades in and out for like a three second period. That’s on my to-do list to fix, but not a priority because it doesn’t bother me too much
Man I know, and I tried them. None of them were quite right, they didn’t accomplish what I wanted. Like the sound on the show is just a little different in real life. Part of it I think, is the treble (insert tribble joke)
It really all clicked when I fucked up and broke the speakers so it’s all coming from the subwoofer
Logitech z313 is what I got, I just checked my order history and it was like $57. I’m going to try to track down a link for the audio file I use. I have the file, but I don’t remember the source
I’m a reddit refugee who always lurked. Hah I’m trying to be more active on Lemmy so imma take that as a compliment
Yoo check out my other comment. I play a brown noise through a subwoofer (no speakers) under my bed. It sounds exactly like the warp engines
Not too weird, but I found this accidentally: a subwoofer under my bed (the speakers that came with it broke)
I found a ten hour long brown noise mp3 that is set to loop indefinitely on an old burner phone. Through the subwoofer it sounds exactly like the warp engines from Star Trek TNG. Incredibly comforting, and hard to sleep without
My computer wasn’t booting properly for a month or two, I think it was saying boot drive not found or something. It would work if I went into boot options and picked my main drive.
The cause? I used the Blu Ray drive for the first time in years, and for some dumb reason, that was listed higher in the boot options. My computer was trying to boot into a Blu Ray of Blade Runner
Hah dude I’ve been using i3 for years, and same. Like maybe 30% of the time. And half the time the background image is wonky when I start it up. Super+shift+r fixes it every time though, so fuck it
I work at a computer repair shop, Everything is a game changer
Yep. Too many people think anarchy is throwing bricks at windows. It just means opposing hierarchy. Hoping a fascist wins is the literal opposite of that
