Well she was Anakin’s Padawan.
I play guitar, watch USMLR and NHL, occasionally brew beer, enjoy live music and travel, and practice sarcasm.

I love what Google did for recursion
Lemmy doesn’t have a feature to follow users, last I checked.
And some airports are cheaper than others. My last international flight was 2x the cost to fly out of Houston (IAH) vs out of Austin. Even for the flight that went from Austin to Houston and then to the destination.
What a ridiculous thing to start throwing shade about. You’re there with a group and the group is spending money. I always see people just having water or soda out with a drinking group. Bars even give that out free sometimes, for a designated driver situation. If anything I would guess she has an insecurity about going out drinking at the bar and needs you to be doing the same or else she thinks it makes her look bad.
I think it markets to our perception of Mexican food. And I know Mexican people who enjoy Chipotle. But I would be surprised to learn if it is truly traditional Mexican food.
Thank you correcting my understanding! The part I find gross though is less the mechanism and more the result: that all the sweat my body is making is just stuck in the glands. If the anti-perspirant was simply absorbing the sweat as it comes out of the pores, then I would feel different about it.
I use non-antiperspirant deodorant. I got tired of the aluminum in antiperspirant staining my shirts and clumping up, then I learned that the aluminum works by being an irritant that causes an allergic swelling that blocks your sweat glands. That all sounds pretty gross to me. I might re-apply deodorant during the day if I’ve been sweating, or put on some fresh clothes or even take a light shower.
That’s a decision you have to make along with your partner(s).
I use whatever soap The Baroness buys.
Viking Revolution sandalwood beard wash and consitioner.
Old spice aqua reef deodorant.
Antitranspirant? 🤣
I went the other way and use non-antiperspirant deodorant, once I learned the anti-perspirant is aluminum flakes that cause an allergic swelling to close up your sweat glands (at least it explained all the glitter stains in the armpits of my shirts).
can’t have a PowerShell terminal open alongside a WSL one, etc.
How are you getting this to work? According to only the default profile can be opened with the local integrated terminal. The default profile seems to be bash, so that fails. But I wouldn’t want set my default profile to PowerShell when I’m in WSL.
For sure the remote extension option is better, just wanted to let TwinHaelix know the native Linux version is an option if the extension can’t be loaded.
Yep. I have it running with an Intel integrated graphics chips. There was a driver I had to download direct from Intel instead of HP, though.

You should be able to setup WSLg then run the Linux Codium in WSL. Regular VS Code will work that way, it just gives a little “hey, you know you could use remote WSL right?” message then keeps chugging.
Some good responses in here, so I’ll add The Pirate Movie.
We use “my side” and “your side” so it’s always correct from any perspective.
