My enders are still packed and my P1S has just worked, giving me prints quality and consistency I only could have dreamed of using my enders. Now, I just need a project to recycle my enders parts into.

You want the meowant automatic litterbox that rotates on the x-axis. I paid $300 for mine and my mom’s 2 years ago and it’s been awesome. It’s simple, easy to clean, big enough for my cat, and fits normal grocery store sized plastic bags for collection. It has an app and I didn’t start using it until about a month ago to track my cat’s weight. Before buying any automatic litterbox I would read about the dangers and never buy one that rotates on the y axis or has any possibly of trapping your cat.

I’m an American biochemist, I also never learned the english system because my school transitioned to metric too fast. The mental burden of trying to cook using english units after working all day in the lab using that same part of my brain leads me to just not want to cook 95% of the time. But when I do cook I have optimized processes for my few simple recipes. When I bake I usually use a metric recipe or convert a English one, and optimize it before making a large batch of something.

My company layed off the newest hire, and bought $50k of materials we need for R&D for the next year and a half. Im in the process of buying a duplex instead of a single family as a hedge, so my cost of living will be low enough to survive on my wife’s part time salary if we can keep a renter. I will be planting food producing trees and bushes, and building garden boxes after close, and learning canning.

Need more information to properly diagnose. Is this a new issue? Are you using auto build leveling for every print? Have you tried cleaning everything and rerunning the system calibration? A lot of different things can cause similar issues and it’s hard to diagnose from images alone.

I just bought myself a Bambu P1S, after building and modifying ender3s since 2019. I love tinkering and customizing things but it’s nice to have a printer that just works. Its so reliable that my wife can now print her own stuff using the app instead of giving me a list. The only thing I really have to do is change the filaments loaded in the AMS for her. If you have no experience printing I would just get a A1 mini and use it until you run into the limitations.

I have a PhD in biochemistry, a good job, a wife and a loving family. I have enough free time to contemplate my own place in the world and worry about if my work will have a positive or negative impact on society, because my grandfather who’s grandparents were slaves, started a real estate company by house hacking in the 1970s. That allowed my parents and me to live comfortable lives. Having this safety net allowed us to take risks and persue careers that we enjoyed.

I loved everything about the force awakens, but I will never forget the emptiness and depression I felt leaving theater after seeing the last Jedi. I know its from a place of privilege that I can feel this way, but I never had another piece of fiction hurt me so badly. I grew up deep into the EU and games and it was my way to escape the existentialism of my daily life, and I was looking forward to see my fictional hero at as a full power Jedi master on the big screen. Now all I feel is apathy when It comes to start wars.

Upgraded my highschool family desktop I took to college with a GeForce 8800 GT , used until I build a new pc with a Radeon 7970 GHz edition, which was replaced with a rx580 after the card passed away from light coin poisoning. Desktop is now running unRAID and my new main rig has a gtx 3070 in.

If you live near a college, check their surplus or recycling. I got a brother printer for the low price of fixing a paper jam.

My alignment is neutral good

I just wanted to see Luke in the role of obi wan or Yoda after decades of Jedi training be a hero and pass on his legacy by training the next generation. But I would have been ok with one heroic lightsaber battle, and a reunion with han, chewy and Leia.

Watching the last Jedi and seeing someone who tossed his blade away because he saw the good in essentially “Space Hitler” try to kill his own nephew because he was having a nightmare so out of character. Then having him overdose on the force and die like a chump, broke me. I left the theater in silence. The last Jedi is also the only star wars movie with out a light saber fight. No blades ever touched.
