Coloretto is one of my favorite simple games, and has a good 2-player variant

Strongly agree, Skull is super simple to teach and even to make a copy, and can have great group dynamics. I don’t think it works with 2, though, but it’s small enough that having it as an option is reasonable

Not only vote, but get involved in local politics. A lot of transportation and zoning issues have real things happening at the local levels where a single individual can make a difference

The Dutch drive, too, they just tend to cycle for shorter trips. No one serious is seriously saying ‘replace all cars’ as a solution for the foreseeable future

Shadow Hunters is one of my favorites for 6-8 players, it’s not out of print but I assume the reprint “Fangs” is similar. Truro is a good simple game, and it stays quick from 1-8 players
