Holy fuck whoever was in charge of setting up that disaster recovery needs a million dollar bonus. I get that they’re managing $80B and this should all be standard but people usually don’t listen to IT and take DR seriously. And even if you do set it up, are you going back to check that your backups are functioning properly and have alarms for when it messes up
Speculation on this graph alone, I would say that students being off/people avoiding family gave the bump in December. And I’d expect another bump in May/June as Summer starts

Summer is my favorite part of the year in the US. Longer days, cool nights, lush greenery with beautiful skies, more activities to do outside, mangoes are in season, going to the pool, barbecues, basking in the sun and feeling the seasonal depression melt away.
I was born in the summer, maybe that has something to do with it.
