You should look up what we read on Shabbat Zakhor, you might be surprised.
Actually Supreme Court Justice David Mintz this year said: “Jewish law recognizes three justifications for war, to inherit the land, to destroy Amalek, and to defend against an attacker.” in defense of starving the Palestinians to death. To say that this situation has nothing to do with Judaism is beyond ridiculous. Now, where we get into antisemitic territory is when we say not only “all Jews think like this” but also “they think like this because they are Jews”. There is a big difference and it is important.

One of the aspects of socialism is that production is undertaken to fulfill a social need, not to generate profit. But yes, I think you can have markets under a socialist system of production… but I’m no expert.
Free education and universal healthcare are not socialist in themselves.

Are children throwing rocks counted as militants? And how are military reserves counted, are they considered civilians or militants, since, in the case of Israel, they have a uniform and weapon nearby to be ready to be called into service?
Edit: are reserves counted differently in times of peace vs. when a declaration of war has been made?
A lot of people here encouraging shooting down a plane flying in international airspace. I suspect a lot of you are of the same mindset where it’s OK to shoot random boats in the Caribbean and kill everyone on board.
