I like Life is Strange 1’s sound track tbh. Tony Hawk and Grand Theft Auto and Pokemon and Mario all have some excellent music too.
edit: Wow, I forgot a word, and it completely changed the meaning of my sentence lol

Yes. Calendars are made up of rows and columns - weeks are rows, days are columns.
Technically there’s no substitute for testing in production lol
Although ideally you’d want to test it beforehand…
I’d recommend trying RDR1 before RDR2, but then again that might make you hate the tutorial section RDR2 had even more lol
RDR2 is excellent, but it almost feels like it’s trying too hard. RDR1 was just a classic IMO, literally revolutionary for its time. I thought it would be just GTA with horses but honestly it felt so much more than that, they completely nailed the atmosphere and everything else about it. I still play RDR1 sometimes these days.
I love the idea of this, it’s hilarious to me LMAO
I’ve registered on a bunch of Lemmy instances, but I stuck with lemmy.ml because for the most part it seemed to have the least amount of downtime IME. Though I think they’re all pretty stable these days anyway.
What you said is very true though, it helps to try out and especially actively use alternatives, since that’s how you end up with software like Chrome (not really but kind of, you get the idea).
I think the bigger issue is Ernest simply refused outside help. He took everything on himself and didn’t allow outside contributions, which is just not sustainable for a project of that size. It’s a shame because I really wanted to like KBin, especially since it’s written in PHP and I’m a PHP developer, but Lemmy ended out winning.
This is actually helpful advice, thanks!
I don’t think that’s fair to say, I’m white and a landowner and I can’t stand the guy.
That’s actually wild lmao, the only thing I had similar was when a director requested a change and was confused why something changed until I reminded him that he requested me to change it and then he said something along the lines of “oh, alright then, no problem”.
I wonder if it’s like, some of these directors are just older than dinosaurs, and even when they ask for change they are incapable of handling said change, or they are just forgetting that they requested said change? I’m not sure…
Trump has also never won the general election for POTUS against a man but is undefeated against women so far, so let’s hope that changes. For America, and the rest of the world, he better not win.
Yep, this is what I’m going to do. I’m in my 30s now and I’m going to start travelling. I was going to wait until I was in my 40s but I realized nothing is promised so I might as well go ahead and do it now.
Make the fade only apply 25% (or maybe a percentage range) of the time at first, slowly increase how often and how intense the opacity is. lol
At my family cottage, we had it for over 40 years before getting portable ACs. Generally we just avoided the heat waves. Cold waterbottles in between your neck and shoulders really helps circulate the cooled blood throughout your body. We ended up getting portable ACs one year because we were spending a week there and it was over 95f every day. A few years later one of us took a paid early retirement package and we used some of that money to get central AC, best upgrade for our cottage ever.
Timezones are kind of a necessary evil though, because without them then you’d have to check regions (or zones) to see if 1PM in China is the same thing as 1PM in Australia is the same thing as 1PM in Bolivia.
Thanks for the advice! I’ll be sure to keep it in mind :)
As someone planning on visiting there in a year or two, do you have any advice?
I think that’s kinda common in a lot of countries. If you look like you aren’t from there then they will speak in English.
As someone planning on going in a year or two, this is really good advice. Thank you.
That’s true!!! Ugly people are talented.
Don’t ask me how I know…
