Employee here. If you need an alternative offer to get reasonable considerations from your employer, just take the alternative offer. The employer clearly doesn’t respect you and your current leverage is just a short term tool until they start taking advantage of you again.

1·1 year agoMalaco Pastellfiskar is the parallel product. They’re made by different companies now, the recipes have diverged over the past 70ish years, and the US version does not meet EU food safety standards. I can find Pastellfiskar in almost any grocery store.

That feeling when you accidentally memorize the eye chart and then are uncertain about whether you are seeing the letter clearly or just seeing what you expect to see.
