Most of the posh sounding characters are posh, or at least formally educated. Gale is a wizard (clear enunciation for spellcasting), Astarion ws a magistrate, Wyll is the son of a duke, Minthara is a princess.

Karlac and Halsin aren’t posh and don’t sound posh. I’m not sure about Lae’zel, but that just leaves Shadowheart. Maybe Shar has a thing for accents?

In the real world I very rarely jump down multiple meter drops, am seldom asked to fight zombies or skeletons, and have a lot of supporting infrastructure that ensures that I am fed regularly. Minecraft has such a lot of ways to die.

no, being able to move the home server of a community is different from being able to join the community from other servers. It would mean that if a server has an issue or becomes an undesirable place, the community can live on by moving somewhere else.
