If there’s so many Trans athletes, why don’t they just have a category of their own?
Because there aren’t, and this whole thing is much ado about nothing.
But hey, it keeps the morons distracted and voting, so that’s a plus.

If there’s no god, then what happens to you is more important, not less.
Of course. I ignored it for 39 years. Then I got properly diagnosed and medicated, and it’s a much less depressed existence.
In this scenario, I mean to “participate actively in society and fulfill their basic human needs”.
Though to your point, being in a coma is far from neurotypical.
Maybe they struggle with finances or situations or something. But no, normal people don’t struggle against their own mind to just exist.
Normal is when the crazy you have doesn’t impact your ability to function in society. So no. Not everyone struggles daily to exist.
He never fathomed the depths that YT would drag him to if he didn’t curate his algorithm.
100% this. The algorithms are designed to give you what keeps your attention. You need to be careful about what you give attention to.
This confuses me. You want something without an algorithm… because you used systems before their algorithm kicked in and hated it?
The crap you got was because it didn’t know enough about you to know what you like. Without an algorithm, that’d be your feed forever.
And then we can conquer them and turn them into a protectorate. We’ll swap in PR or DC as the fiftieth state, so we don’t need to update the flag.
I literally pitched this idea in an MBA course in 2009. It got shot down pretty hard. To think, with a little encouragement and seed funding, I too could have been a professional maniac.
A picnic is not a backyard cookout. French bread is fine. Anything that really needs silverware is not.
Home is the adjective. It’s a state of being.
Many times I’ll walk in the door but need to log into work, and I’ll say to my wife “I’m not home yet”. As in, my external responsibilities are not completed and I am not available. When I’m available to my family or to relax, I have then become “home”.
Edit: I meant adverb. It modified the state of being. Like being “away”.
No idea what he uses them for,
Let’s say you want to buy a computer. You could, like a boring person, go to Best Buy and purchase a computer for 800 bucks on a credit card. Or you could dress up like a pirate with 800 gold doubloons in a sack, and slam that shit on the counter during checkout.
It’s almost like those websites that say “when you upload your content we can do what we want with it” did that for a good reason: to avoid all this complexity and possible lawsuit.
Sounds like we need a lawsuit to decide who is correct.
Anyone in the EU feeling feisty?
Guinness as well
It’s been two hours. Did you do it yet?
Only if they use American cheese
Get your bottom in that elevator and take it up to the bar
