3·8 days agoThe original drawing from Tony Ruth (2019) can easily be found, it looks the same. Maybe it’s just and AI upscaling.
I have seen this drawing many years ago, I don’t think this is AI generated.

I had this exact model ! Burned a CD with all the Linkin Park, Sum 41, Blink 182, Rage against the machine, System of a Down, Red hot chili peppers, and more !
Those were simpler times…
Using 3D prints as sextoys with any kind of materials is a bad idea because of higene. The layer lines will accumulate lots of dirty stuff and are basically impossible to clean. Same goes for food related items.
To print the shell, maybe ? To print the nice part, terrible idea !
Good that Microsoft killed off Skype last month, they almost had a working videoconference software for a moment !

1·2 months agoTV + Android box (Nvidia shield TV) + Soundbar.
This trio is a bug-riddled experience, constantly changing behavior without explaination, frequently malfunctioning.
All I want it to do is Jellyfin, YouTube and occasionally Twitch. I just want 1 on/off button on 1 remote that will turn on and off the whole system. Keypad to navigate, Ok and back buttons.
One day, the Soundbar decided it will only turn on automatic 1 out of 10 times from now on. Why ? Sometimes the video output will be green and I have to reboot the android box. Why? If my SO stand up from her chair in the other room, the TV will turn black from 5 seconds. Why ? The biggest button on the remote is NETFLIX that I don’t use and it’s very easy to accidentally press it and the remapping software only works sometimes. Why ?
This is so frustrating, also because there aren’t any fix possible. Any suggestions online may or may not work, most often they don’t. I am just stuck with this technology that is expensive, but still garbage and no better alternatives exist on the market.

Best: Indian friend invited me to his wedding in India, 5 days straight of eating delicious food, rituals and ceremonies. As a European, this was entirely exotic to me. Also it was my first time in India and I did a little bit a tourist on the side of the events. Main wedding day had over 2000 people invited, traditional food service for lunch, ice cream booth. The ceremony was in an amphitheatre with the a temple built on stage entirely covered in flowers, it smelled very nice.
Worst: my wedding 😅. Married during COVID in a foreign country, my family were not allowed to travel, country on lockdown. It was my wife and I, ceremony was 3 minutes top-chrono. Witnesses provided by the municipality. It was still a great time, we had the photoshoot after and spend the week exploring Copenhagen without tourists. We had a celebration with family and friends 2 years later, it was very humble but everyone was so happy to meet after all the isolation and it was a great time too.
