I am surprised. I already made peace with this game never actually being released. If it does, then great I guess. Nice to know someone is still working on it.
Why is this me I just zone out And get every second word at best
Nonono it is build boars bays brrtt
Honestly same, but well, my bad for not noticing the rules xD
On Tymora, i wish we actually got neverwinter 3, but masks of betrayer style
I care about the story of the game and general enjoyment. As long as I can see and understand what is going on my screen, i do not care that much about the graphics. I am fine with playing old games with potato graphics. Also, I know we could have both, but if studios had the choice between more accesibility options for more different demographics, or better graphics, i wishthey would always choose to put the resources in accessibility.
Absolutely not important. What is important is the npcs role in the story and their motivation for interacting with the PCs. If you want a character to stand out you can achieve that with describing their mannerisms, their appearence etc. Hell, you can even describe their voice if you want. No need for actually “doing” the voice.
I have a set time and day of the week, that we always play on. Sometimes we cancel if stuff happens.
You can start with either, does not matter. I finished both, liked both. And both of the games were equally laggy and buggy for me. I sure hope the Rougue trader game will be less buggy.
Thanks!
Thanks for the recommendations! I can “forgive” low production quality in terms of technical issues and stuff like that but I cant listen to chaotic podcasts or when people are out of character too often. I listen to podcadts to calm myself down and focus not to distract and overwhelm myself.
Thanks for the reccomendations! I quite like listening to generally serious games, I care more about tone and style rather than genre. When I run games, I mostly keep things fairly lighthearted, so I like to listen to styles that are different from the things that I usually do.
Fair points. But I enjoyed both Sims 2 and 3 modless much more than modless 4 :D If not for the quality of life improvements in build mode for 4, I would probably play the older games more than Sims 4 ;D
https://lemmy.ml/c/rpg yep it is here.
The Sims 4 is basically almost unplayable to me without custom content and mods and community made bugfixes.
Cool! It sounds like the system takes some inspiration from Masks? If yes I should try it, cause I recently GMed a campaign in Masks and it really was great.
