Romanian prosecutors said on Tuesday that social media influencer Andrew Tate, his brother Tristan and two other suspects were being investigated for human trafficking in continued form, saying it was a more serious crime than separate counts of trafficking.
Every time I read the news I’m getting more convinced how evil these two are but less and less convinced that Romanians will actually get them.
I’m thinking that this may be one of those rare instances where a fairness-impaired legal system is accidentally just. This man is utterly vile, and he belongs in prison.
I’d agree, but I think the international publicity will balance out the corruption. They’re going to lose a lot of face if the corruption is so bad they can’t even deliver justice when the whole world is watching.
