I think the reposts would work like Xitter screens work on Reddit, which boils down to promoting the platform by showing off the community, which is the backbone of any social media.

    Yeah except for a bunch of us moved here intentionally to not have Reddit AI training data scraped from our content. So don’t fuck us by putting our content on reddit without our permission thanks.

        Its funny because you don’t even need to scrape lemmy, the instances will gladly send you the data directly! That’s how federation works, fundamentally.

    reddit doesn’t want their site users to be aware of Lemmy, so those posts/users would get deleted/banned very quickly
